Lions Get Good News on the Injury Report Ahead of Vikings Clash

The practice report for the Lions ahead of Sunday's showdown with the Vikings has fans breathing a little easier, and the trend line is pointing the right direction all over the roster. Jahmyr Gibbs, nursing a shoulder, went from not practicing Wednesday to a full participant Thursday. That is exactly what Detroit wants to see. It is the same story up and down the sheet: Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle), Jacob Saylors (neck), and Tyleik Williams (illness) all climbed to full participants Thursday after sitting or going limited the day before. Aidan Hutchinson, Alim McNeill, Penei Sewell, and DJ Wonnum were given rest and were full Thursday too — veterans getting their legs under them. The watch items stay in the secondary. Kerby Joseph (knee) and Ennis Rakestraw Jr. (ankle) were limited both Wednesday and Thursday, so those two are the names to track as kickoff nears on Oct. 29.
