Our Detroit Lions are lacing them up again as 2026 training camp runs from July 25 to Aug. 27 at the Meijer Performance Center in Allen Park, Michigan! After we finished 9-8 and missed the postseason in 2025, general manager Brad Holmes admitted there's a little more 'fire' this year to get back on track, and we love hearing it! Big changes are afoot as we hired Drew Petzing, who spent the past three seasons as the Cardinals' offensive coordinator under Jonathan Gannon, taking over after we fired John Morton following one season that still saw us among the league leaders in points per game at 28.3! We released veteran linemen Taylor Decker and Graham Glasgow, and David Montgomery was traded to the Houston Texans, so the shuffling is real! Watch our anchor Penei Sewell, ranked the No. 1 offensive tackle in a recent ESPN poll, switch from right tackle to left tackle for the first time since his Oregon days in 2018 and 2019! And Jameson Williams is coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons and looks primed to torch defenses again!
