Michigan Stadium got exactly what it came for, as UM downed No. 11 Oklahoma 17-10 in front of the 331st straight crowd of 100,000-plus — 111,240 strong on Saturday. It's the Wolverines first home win over a ranked team since we beat No. 11 USC, 27-24, back in 2024, and it moves the Wolverines to 2-0. Even better: it's the Wolverines first win over Oklahoma in three tries, flipping the script after they took the previous two. Bryce Underwood led in rushing with 18 carries for 87 yards, including a career-long 38-yard run and his second rushing score of the year. But the dagger belonged to Jordan Marshall, whose one-yard game-winner with 7:53 left was his first touchdown of the season. The defense was the story, holding the Sooners to 115 yards and zero points in the first half — their first scoreless half since last October against Texas. John Henry Daley notched his first sack as a Wolverine and 3.0 TFLs, and Jyaire Hill's 23-yard interception sealed it. A total team win.
